These Terms govern your use of the FolioAsk mobile application. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
FolioAsk lets you upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or images) and ask questions, receiving answers with page citations. It is provided "as is" for informational and productivity purposes.
You must create an account (email/password, Google, or Apple) to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and index your documents solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload the documents you submit, and you must not upload unlawful or infringing content.
Where subscriptions are offered (Free / Pro Monthly / Pro Yearly), they are billed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are governed by that store's terms. We do not process payments.
The Free plan includes limited documents and questions per month. We may enforce limits to prevent abuse and may suspend or terminate accounts that circumvent limits or abuse the service.
The service uses AI (Google Gemini) to extract text, index documents, and generate answers. Results may be incomplete or incorrect; you must review them before relying on any answer or data from the service.
The app, its design, and content are owned by KHUNCHRO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
You must not reverse engineer the app; use it to build a competing service; attempt to access other users' data; upload malicious content; or interfere with the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioAsk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated answers. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
